On Thursday, January 31st, North hosted the Class 6A West Regional Scholars Bowl competition. It featured schools from all around the state and some local Wichita schools. Volunteer students stayed after school that day to prepare and help with scorekeeping and timing. While Manhattan High won, North was one question away from placing 4th , which would have qualified them for state. “I was so proud of my team, they did really well despite the nerves,” said Mrs Randolph, North’s Scholars Bowl coach.
