Gratitude equals Happiness

On Monday December 3rd, the mindful Monday group met to discuss the importance of gratitude. Gratitude can be the difference between feeling hopeful and hopeless. The group talked about the gratitude challenge where you write a page everyday full of things you are grateful for. Sarah gave us our own gratitude challenge where we write three things. One good thing that happened, one good thing you saw someone do, and something fun you did. The purpose of this is to help focus the mind on positive things to begin and end th day in a healthy way. It will also help to process the day.
