Target ball raises money for United Way

North high school hosts a fundraiser every year to help the United Way. Mrs. Randolph said that they have tried other things in the past but this fundraiser has brought in the most money of any fundraiser they have tried. ”

United Way supports the community by providing funds for community programs,” Randolph said. USD 259 really encourages schools to participate in the United Way fundraiser and STUCO have embraced it, especially with the target ball tournament. Students who participate in the event pay $10 and get a t-shirt. Students who want to watch the event during Advocacy must pay $2 for admission. All the money is then donated to the United Way.
