What a Bloody Day

This years spring blood drive was run by Mrs. Randolph and Mr. Redus. According to Mrs. Randolph, this years’ goal was to receive 53 units of blood but ended up collecting 68 units. North had more than 100 students give blood this semester. Since North surpassed the goal that was set by the Red Cross, the Red Cross is giving North $750 worth of scholarship money to split between 3 students. Requirements have not been set yet but will be soon. This year was a success since last years blood drive and we are looking for the same thing next semester, “We have so many kids here at North that step up and are willing,” Mrs. Randolph said.
