This year’s Homecoming theme was “Frozen In Time” and students had the opportunity to vote once they got there for which candidates would win King, Queen, Prince, and Princess. There were computers set up by the entrance of the cafeteria for voting. After a while of laughs and dances, the winners were chosen once the votes were tallied up. Our King and Queen were: Adan Navejas and Emma Adams. Our Prince and Princess were: Anais Contreras and Jacob Alcantar. “The dance was fun, lots of suits and ties, nice heels and dresses,” Alejandra said. Fernanda Alonso mentioned that it was a pretty good time and everything went as planned and that all the hours put into it were worth it. There was a booth set up for photos that students seemed to enjoy until it no longer decided to print out and students just had it there for fun. Mr. Loudermilk had his stand up with cookies and punch for students to enjoy while they took breaks in between songs. At the end of the night, students went home all worn out and exhausted.
