Getting Back Into Gear

After Christmas break, some may be thrilled to be back. Others… not so much. Getting back into the flow of school may be difficult for some. Here are some tips to help you get back into going to school. First, it might be typical to hear this but go to bed early. It helps you stay energized throughout the day. Second, eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it gives your brain the energy to focus and stay on track. Finally, don’t let yourself anticipate the stresses of school. Thinking of all the homework and assignments to come can make you dread coming back. So, stay positive Redskins!
