For the second time this season, North went against Northwest 10/23 for playoffs. Final score was 5-2, giving North a huge comeback after losing 4 games consecutively. “I feel happy and proud that I was able to make 2 goals this game and broke the streak. My team played well, maybe next time we could be quicker and more paced, ” Junior Aramis Flores said. He’s confident he’ll make another goal next game, which will be against Garden City on their field, on 10/26.
“It’s a great feeling to make a comeback and feel the spirit again. I’m proud of my team and for giving it their all this game, and I hope we can maintain in the playoffs,” Luis Contreras-Figueroa said.
