Finals! How do we prepare?

Finals are next week on December 18 and 19 and you need to be prepared. So here are some things you need  to do for preparations. Prepare for all the teachers cramming what we have been learning for months into an hour long test. then having to take 4 a day for 2 days straight, but you get out of school early. But in actuality, here are some ways on how to be prepared.

1)  STUDY. This is the number one rule to at least passing a final is too study at least for an hour. i would suggest you rewrite your notes to memorize it better.

2) Get enough sleep! I know as teens we want to stay up and text our friends tiktoks and our relationship problems but that can and needs to wait. We want to pass those tests so we are not having to retake a class because that is no fun. so i suggest at the latest 10:30 p.m. and get at least 8 hours of sleep.

3) Eat something. Many people contemplate whether to eat or sleep in everyday but trust if you go to bed early and wake up 20 minutes earlier than you usually do, you will do better at your finals.  The first thing you do after you wake up is go wash your face, then drink plenty of water. We NEED to stay hydrated, you cannot pass out during the tests.

4) Chew gum! For some odd reason chewing gum makes your work better and if you want to at least pass the final with a 60%, I suggest gum and water. PLENTY of water, i suggest at least 2 full cups of water before you leave the house in the morning.

5) DO NOT CRAM ALL STUDYING THE NIGHT BEFORE!! This does NOT help. it will honestly mush all of your notes together and you will do worse. i suggest you study this weekend for at least 3 hours, I believe this will help more than cram studying.
