Many of our Cross Country team had their last meet of the season and for some of the seniors it was their very last meet with our Redskin team on Saturday October 13th. Michael Iyali placed 1st for our varsity boys team with a time of 16:41. Patricia Koma placed 6th for our varsity girls team with a time of 20:54 and Nayelly Rosales placed 15th for our varsity girls team with a time of 21:57. For our JV team Chris Chavez placed 6th with a time of 19:20. Coach Nigg stated, “We ran well despite the course conditions and changes and I cannot be more proud of our team!”

Our Varsity boys team placed 4th overall. The varsity girls team placed 5th overall.The boys JV team placed 5th overall. Our girls JV team placed 3rd overall.

This weekend on Saturday, October 20th is Regionals for the team. Regionals are being held in Manhattan, Kansas this year.
