Mr.Lent is saying goodbye to teaching at North after 30 years . He also worked at Heights for a semester. “There was more discipline with the kids at  first when I started,” said Lent about how much teaching has changed throughout the years. “I’ve seen the ups and downs,” says Lent. After being asked why he came back to North he said “I didn’t pick North, North chose me. Plus I love North this is why I came back. My parents taught here, my own kids went here, graduated from here and both are successful. I went here.” Mr.Lent plans to sub for North and he also wants to visit some of his family. Next year after second semester he’ll be allowed to come back to North as a sub.
